These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the AiFriends mobile application and the website at chatililcious.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1Who can use AiFriends

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2What the Service is

AiFriends lets you chat with AI-generated characters and create your own characters. Responses are produced by artificial intelligence. AI characters are fictional. They are not real people, do not have feelings or consciousness, and their messages may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive. Do not rely on AI output as advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

3Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, share, or solicit content that:

• sexualizes, depicts, or involves anyone under 18, or that is presented as involving a minor;
• depicts non-consensual sexual activity, or promotes sexual violence;
• harasses, threatens, defames, or impersonates any real person;
• promotes hate or violence against people based on protected characteristics;
• facilitates illegal activity, or describes how to cause serious harm;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• contains spam, malware, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4Content you create

You retain ownership of the characters and text you create. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to submit it.

Characters you create may be reviewed — automatically and/or by our team — before they become available, and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.

5Reporting and moderation

You can report objectionable messages or characters from within the app. Reports go to our moderation team, and we act on violations of these Terms. We aim to review reports promptly but do not guarantee any specific response time.

6Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

7Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

8Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [AMOUNT, e.g. USD 50], whichever is greater.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12Governing law
